A Review on the Application of Circulating Fluidized Bed Fly Ash in Building Materials

چکیده

Circulating fluidized bed (CFB)-based coal burning technology is a type of clean combustion technology. Owing to its characteristics low temperature and desulfurization in furnace, the CFB fly ash quite different from ordinary ash. Based on comprehensive understanding physical chemical ash, this review summarizes research progress application Portland cement, magnesium oxysulfate (MOS) solid-waste–based cementitious material (SWCM), concrete, geopolymer, artificial aggregate, other building materials. The study shows that can improve early mechanical properties reduce drying shrinkage for Its unique composition endows it with good performance MOS SWCM. However, unfavorable such as loose porous structure, self-hardening behavior, expansibility greatly hinder practical applications Therefore, some measures, addition rational water-reducing agent, ultrafine grinding, mixing controlling dosage water-cement ratio, must be taken negative influence materials, order expand range. This article status aiming at further promoting studies resource utilization materials improving efficiency utilization.
